Leading SAFe
A powerpacked two day course. delegates will gain the knowledge necessary to be confident in leading a lean-agile organisation by leveraging the principles in the Agile Manifesto, the underlying principles are derived from Lean, system thinking, agile development, product development flow and DevOps. You will learn about the core competencies of becoming a Lean Enterprise. This includes the pillars of Agile, creating high performing teams, and building large solutions.

SAFe Scrum Master
In this two-day course, attendees will gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. This course takes the attendee further than traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares attendees to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. This includes learning the key components of Agile at scale development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute Iteration Planning.

Advanced SAFe Scrum Master
This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation. The course covers facilitation of cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement. It enhances the Scrum paradigm with an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices; the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value; and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders in the larger program and enterprise contexts.
The course offers actionable tools for building high-performing teams and explores practical ways of addressing Agile and Scrum anti-patterns in the enterprise.
AGILITY X - Agile PD
This two day course is a project management delivery method developed for aspiring Agile Project professionals. Unlike more traditional waterfall projects, Agile is firstly a way of thinking and behaving and the method is delivered incrementally and iteratively, building on success and options at each stage. In this course you will understand how to identify risk and know how to respond to uncertainty, if and when challenges arise. Each aspect of the project is revised at certain, predetermined times. This will ensure that, if a problem or obstacle arises the PM knows how to respond and adapt, whilst maintaining momentum of delivery. Performing inspection on progress, retrospections on delivery and adapting solutions is all consistent with being agile.
This course helps the student to learn how to plan, brainstorm, hold workshops for problem solving, risk identification and solution generation. Managing resources and budgets is integral to project management along with Risks, Assumption, Issues and Dependencies, all of which will be covered.
The student will understand the core concepts of stakeholder engagement and benefits identification. All the tools and techniques to get you started and confident in running your own projects and adding value to your personal development.
